He was predeceased by: his father E. Wheeler Wheeler (Hart); his siblings, Phyllis Helmer, Carolyn McElroy and Ed Wheeler; and his father-in-law Ray Erlene Fogleman.
He is survived by: his son Don of Holquaim, Washington; his wife Regina; his daughter Shanda Wheeler Kelso; his son-in-law William Kelso of Durant, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Aaron James Wheeler of Cameron and Brody Peyton Kelso of Norman, Oklahoma; and his sister Charlotte Garlington of Irving. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
