He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Oliver and JoAnna Oliver (Clark); and his sisters, Karen Rich and Debbie Turner. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Oliver of Beaver, OK, Linda Randall of Fairview, OK and Barbara Moreau of Shell Knob, MO.; his close friend Deanna Mitchell; and his pet Casper.
