He is survived by: his daughters, Carmen Hernandez of Mexico, Patricia "Pati" Talley of Asheboro and Maria "Lupita" Guadalupe Aguliar (Javier) of Yukon; his grandchildren, Jazmine Hernandez, Javier Guzman, Jordan Daniel Franco, Isabella Franco, Quintaveous White, Keylin Talley, Mariyvette Aguilar, Eli Aguilar and Julian Aguilar; his great grandchildren, Joselyn, Jeffrey and Esmeralda; and his siblings, Manuel Franco Rocha, Ancelmo Franco Rocha, Genaro Franco Rocha, Lucila Franco Rocha, Berta Franco Rocha, Socorro Franco Rocha, Filomena Franco Rocha and Dominga Franco Rocha.
