He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roger Rhine. He is survived by: his parents, David Riley and Heidi Riley (Rhine) of Liberal; his brother Jackson David Riley of Manhattan, KS; and his grandparents, Leo, Linda Riley of Liberal and Lory Rhine of Liberal, KS..
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Southern Baptist Church (621 N Western Ave, Liberal, KS 67901).
