He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wolf and Elizabeth Wolf (Wohl); his spouse Omega Black; and his siblings, Robert, Ed, Henry Jr., Rose, Emma Jane, Margie and Elizabeth.

He is survived by: his children, Brenda Cherie Rash, La Dena Darlene Perez and Darryl Wade Wolf; his son-in-law Mac Perez of Liberal, KS.; his grandchildren, Angelica (Michael), Cassie (Christopher), Sandi (Brad) and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Sean, Mekenzie, Haley, Isabel, Kylie, Rylee, Emma, Kate, Isaac, Joshua, Jacob and Jessica.
