He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Etta Collins (Henage) and Loren Collins; his wife Karen Collins; and his brothers, Kenneth Collins and Charles Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Karyn Larissa Manzaneres of Pueblo West; his siblings, Lewis Collins of Perryton, John Collins of Liberal and Lori Ann Merz (Steve) of Liberal, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Nevasiah Downing, Joliet Manzanares and Marilee Manzanares.
Memorial Donations suggest to the American Cancer Society in care of Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.
