It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Mark Kramer of Liberal, Kansas, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Kramer and Norma Kramer (Bowman); and his nephew Bernard Adam Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, Norman "Pete" Kramer of Great Bend and Carol Tieben (Daryl) of Dodge City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Southwest Medical Center or Donor's Choice in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
