He is survived by: his wife Carla King; his daughters, Amy Wartman (Greg) of Ulysses, KS and Amanda Blackburn (Eric); his grandchildren, RayLynn, Aubrey and Grayson; and his sister Barbara Westbrook (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and cousins.
