He was predeceased by: his parents, George Vartian and Varsenig Vartian (Antreassian); his brother Alan Vartian; and his nephews, Louis and Alex Cefalu.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Brasca; his children, Gene Menachio (Sarita) of Tulsa, OK, Corrie Trujillo (Joe Frank) of Garden City, KS and Jonathan Vartian of Garden City, KS; and his sister Harriet Cefalu (Sal) of New City, NY. He is also survived by Two Grandchildren, and One Great Grandchild.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM.
