Ringer of Oak Harbor, WA, G. David Ringer of Dallas, TX and Robert J. Ringer of Stone Mountain, GA; and his father Dr. Jess Willard Koons.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Mortuary (908 N Lincoln Ave, Liberal, KS 67901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (116 W 3rd St, Liberal, KS 67901).
