He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Stults (Daniel) of Bauxite, Arkansas; his siblings, Mike Applebee (Judy) of Liberal, Larry Applebee of Ocala, Florida, Geneva Carolyn Hamilton of Virginia Beach, Sharon Garcia (Jim) of Liberal and Gloria Bender (Larry) of Balko, Oklahoma; and his daughter-in-law Jayme Applebee of Liberal, KS.. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
