He is survived by: his spouse Charlie Osborn; his son Brady Bell of Liberal, KS; his grandson Braxton; and his brothers, Max Bell (Teri) of Fairview, UT, Patrick Bell (Ann) of Liberal, KS and Chris Bell of Liberal, KS. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
