With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl L. Schartz of Liberal, Kansas, born in Dodge City, Kansas, who passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Schartz and Betty Schartz; his brother-in-law Rusty Woods; and his granddaughter Rolla Schartz. He is survived by: his wife Pam Schartz; his son Arron Schartz (Nicole); his grandsons, Phoenix of Corinth, Texas and Memphis Schartz of Corinth, Texas; and his siblings, Marian Reynolds, Donna Woods, Bernice Rebein (David), Rita Hommertzheim (Bill), David Schartz, Steve Schartz (Sara) and Brian Schartz of Dodge City, KS.
