He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Millsap and Rosemary Millsap (Urton); his sister Jan Munyon; and his parents-in-law, Archie and Theresa Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Colleen Anderson; his daughters, Tyconda Bonner (Alvin J.) of Canyon, TX and Callie Brockett (Conrad) of Tyrone, OK; his adoptive son Michael Millsap (Mistee) of Jonesboro, AR; and his grandchildren, Cody Millsap (Jordan), Keegan Millsap and Kinley Millsap.
