He is survived by: his children, Mike Carter (Barbara), Bobby Carter, Justin Carter (Linsey), Brenda (Paul Hildrebrant), Gina Ward and Jamie (Doug Minneman); his grandchildren, Chris Aragon, Kelli (Jim Sampson), Kevin (Kaylea Carter), Brandon (Kiya Carter Texas), Kendall Minneman, Devaney, Gentry, Jacey, Landry and Kiley Carter; his great grandchildren, Breadon Lira, Carter Sampson, Evan Sampson, Brycen, Alaina, Paisley and William Carter; his mother-in-law Joan Guenther of Elkart; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Carter Weaver of Liberal, Carolyn Alberts (Gene) of Garfield, AR, Mark Guenther (Joyce) of Guymon, OK and Tim Guenther (Shona) of Carthage. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
