He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cotter and Ethel Cotter (Miller); his spouse Bernadean "Mema" Kraber; his sisters, Margie Hoffman, Earleen Boston, Margaret Kinny and Glenda Carr (Eldon Cotter); his stepdaughter Dixie Stockman; his son-in-law Tom Stockman; his grandson Noah Akers; and his close friend Ben Webb.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Charla Webb (Jerry) of Goodwell, OK and Jay D Payne; his grandson Jace Webb of Goodwell, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Bane of Elkhart, KS, Irma Lee Daniels of Rolla, KS, Alice Hill of Tyrone, OK, Sharon Kraber of Guymon, OK and Harold Hoffman of Buffalo, OK.
