It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Dean Hines of Liberal, Kansas, born in Tarkio, Missouri, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Washie and Helen Louise Hines (Batson); his wife Sharon Hines; and his siblings, Ila Fern, Phyllis Ann Hines, Susie Shaw, Roberta Faye Hines, Charles, Ronald and Junior Hines.
He is survived by: his son Billy Dean Hines, Jr. (Beth); and his brother LeRoy "Butch" Hines (Alice). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
