She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Searcy and Shirley Anne Searcy (White); her husband William Jan Proctor; and her sister Janet Beasley. She is survived by: her children, Paul Proctor (Mary Ann) of Humboldt, Tennessee and Starla Young (Bryan) of Liberal, KS; her siblings, Robert Searcy of Dallas and Jeri Pyles of Bridge City; and her grandchildren, Joshua Mitchell, Christie Proctor, Dylan Ketcherside, Jesse Proctor and Logan Proctor.
