With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Ann Martin (Liberal, Kansas), born in Nowata, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 19, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Earl Francis Martin and Frank Helphenstine. She is survived by: her parents, Forest Ray White and Mary Louise White (Allen); her significant other Ola Heaton; her son Ray Martin (Lois); and her grandchildren, Gregory Martin and Melissa Martin.
