It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Heitschmidt of Liberal, Kansas, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Swan and Leola Swan (Frank); her husband Donald Heitschmidt; and her sons, Rick and Randy Heitschmidt.
She is survived by: her son Ricky; her sister Gaye Hershey; her son Joe Heidtschmidt (Linda) of Oklahoma City, OK; her grandchildren, Montie (Leah) and Brandan; her daughter-in-law Lindy Heitschmidt; and her grandsons, Zack (Ashley) and Adam (Karyn). She is also survived by two great grandsons; three great granddaughters, and three great-great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
