He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Mary Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his children, David Smith (Michelle), Douglas Smith (Jennifer), Diana Harris (Vernon) and Danette Kyle (John); his stepdaughters, Teresa Waller (Mark Miller), Misty Bolton (Shawn) and Jill Massey; and his brothers, Jack Smith, Norman Smith (Maxine) and Ray Smith (Bess). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
