She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Robert Holt and Beaulah Mahalie McWilliams; her husband Louis Ross Gant, Jr.; her son Robert Louis Gant (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Jason Clark Wassall, Robert Shane Gant (Amanda), Nathaniel Ross Gant (Erica) and Kalliann Elizabeth Gant Robinson (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Mahalie Chy-Ann Gant, Cooper Austin Wassall, Sadie Rose Gant, Isaiah Ross Gant, Olivia Grace Gant and Gwendolynn Eve Gant; her daughter Lou Ann Wassall; and her granddaughter Lee Ann Wassall.
She enjoyed sharing with multiple charities and in lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to The First United Methodist Church in Hawkins Texas, Holly Tree Bible Church in Holly Lake Ranch, Texas, or St Joseph's Indian School in South Dakota in care of Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.
