She is survived by: her mother Anna May Allen (Marsh) of Liberal, Kansas; her husband James "Dickie" Howell; her children, James "Jimmy" R. Howell II (Geraldine) of Henderson, Nevada., Valencia Hernandez of Halstead and Deanna "DeDe" Howell of Wichita; her grandchildren, Kera Snyder (Dustin) of Olathe, Adreanne Hernandez of Liberal and Anthony Hernandez of Merriam; her brothers, Chuck Allen of Highlandville and Dwayne Allen of Tiptonville, Tennessee; and her sister-in-law Laverta Delong of Meade. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and Many nieces and nephews.
