She was predeceased by: her father Jose Avalos-Castaneda; and her brother David Avalos. She is survived by: her mother Victoriana Avalos Pina of Guymon; her son Jose Lara (Blanca) of Liberal; her siblings, Luz Avalos of Liberal, Gloria Ponce of Guymon, Norma Avalos of Guymon, Raquel Villa (Regino) of Phoenix, Marisela Avalos of Denver, Irene Gutierrez (Jaime) of Guymon, Teresa Minjarez (Homero) of Liberal, Moises Avalos (Maribel) of Guymon, Ernesto Avalos (Alma) of Phoenix and Victor Avalos; and her grandchildren, Aurora, Maximiliano, Mariana, Serenity and Johnny. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
