He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Delay and Faye Bell Delay; and his siblings, Dorthy Danler, Ruth Domme and Robert Bernatzki.
He is survived by: his children, Joe (Jody), Leatrice DiLoreto (Mike) and Dawn Hutchins (Devin); and his siblings, Duane, Shirley Strassburg, Sherly Fankhauser and Audrey Huffman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
