She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gregg Brakey and Debbie Sivils. She is survived by: her parent Bernard "Bub"; her spouse Wayne Bjurstrom; her son Scott of Garden City; her mother Beverly Brakey of Garden City; and her grandchildren, Addyson, Kaya and Grant.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials given to the Leoti EMT's in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
