She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Bishop and Dorothy Hahn Bishop; and her son Chad Medina. She is survived by: her husband Charles Medina of Leoti; her sons, Blaine (Patricia Medina) and Cory (Anna Medina); her siblings, Les (Patricia Bishop), Larry (Cheryl Bishop), Janet (Gerald Kasten), Barbara (Pat Ryan) and Anita (Mike Ellis); her grandchildren, Tye (Delaney Manns), Tori Smith of Leoti and Mateo Medina of Portland; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Augustina. She is also survived by 3 sons, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
