With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Neubauer of Leoti, Kansas, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo H. Krenzel and Frances Appl; her husband Richard H. Neubauer; her children, Jaret Holt (Shawnee Neubauer) of Longmont, CO, Darcie (Dan Howk) of Parker, CO and Theresa (Dave Whatley) of Goddard, KS; her sister Leola "Aunt Ole" Owens of Leoti, KS; her grandchildren, Megan, Darrell (Kimmy), Josh and Jurnee; her grandparents, Nash, Ameera and Cory; and also, Perry Owens (Bonnie) of Minneapolis, KS, Cole Owens (Glenda) of Garden City, KS. and Meela.
