He is survived by: his spouse Kelma Kay Kelley; his children, Kelley, Aimee Burch of Leoti, Glenda and Mike Craven of Leoti; his grandchildren, Meghan, Philip Gould of Scott City, Treven, Paige Burch of Leoti, William, Kimberly Taylor of Hector and Weston Taylor of Leoti; and his siblings, Wilma Martin of Ulysses, Ellsworth Burch of Marienthal, Betty Radloff of Ulysses, Lester Burch of Hartshorne, Phyllis Lane of Eads, Edith Taylor of Leoti, Alva Burch of Holcomb, Kenneth Burch of Cimarron and Patsy Riley. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Price and Sons Funeral Home (202 N 4th St, Leoti, KS 67861). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Fellowship Church (111 Wyoming St, Leoti, KS 67861). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Leoti Cemetery.
