He is survived by: his wife Teresa O'Leary of Leonardville, Kansas; his children, Michael O'Leary, Jr. of Minneapolis, Thomas (Melissa O'Leary) of Washington, D. C., Benjamin O'Leary of Leonardville, Kansas and Lacey O'Leary of Raleigh; and his siblings, Rick (Deborah O'Leary) of Queen Creek, Arizona, Kathleen (Bobby Walker) of New Castle and Karen (Billy Belk) of Perryville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
