He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ruthstrom and Olive Ruthstrom (Arents); his siblings, Harry Ruthstrom, Jr., DeWayne Ruthstrom, Dean Ruthstrom and Donita Sherman; his granddaughter Ashleigh; and his former spouse Sandy Creach.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Ruthstrom of Leonardville, KS and Terry Ruthstrom (Chandra) of Leonardville, KS; his sister-in-law Doris Ruthstrom of Leonardville, KS; and his grandchildren, Dillon Ruthstrom (Amanda) of Leonardville, KS and Danelle Koppes (Sheldon) of Clay Center, KS. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Leonardville Pride and left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
