She was predeceased by: her father Fredric Theis; and her aunt Jackie Motley. She is survived by: her mother Sherry Theis (Chudej); her husband Michael Kamaka; her siblings, Chrystal Theis, Kendall and James Theis; her aunts, Karen Thompson, Rita Lady and Linda Wayman; and her niece Alizaya Ladd.
