He was predeceased by: his parents, James Flattery and Rose Flattery (Houser); and his siblings, George Flattery (Stella), Frank Flattery (Laura), James Flattery (Bernice), Helen Hammer (Vernon) and Iva Stills (Roy).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Flattery; his children, Carey McClellan (Vincent) and LuAnne Lucas (Mark); and his grandchildren, Candace LaClef (Zeb), Christopher McClellan, Adam Orr, Tobi Delaney, Jett Lucas and Jayde Lucas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations in Bob's name can be directed to the Leon Senior Center.
