He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Steven and Helen Steven; and his son Douglas A. Steven, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Steven; his daughters, Dwan Steiner (Mike), Rebecca Bush (Eric) and Abbie Smith (Cody); and his siblings, Leon Steven (Patty), Sam Steven, Sharon Long (Roy) and Denice Schwind (Steve).
