She was predeceased by: her husband H. E. "Ed" Simpson of Light; her daughter Kellye Anne Simpson; and her parents, Maudie and Samual Creel. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Walton (Greg) of Kansas, Terry Simpson (Sandie) of Mississippi, Tony Simpson (Julie) of Kansas and Todd Simpson (Michelle) of Arizona. She is also survived by a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
