He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook; his daughters, Stacey Dungan and Dana Cook; his grandchildren, Morgan Clark (Michael), Kelley Dungan and Rory Dungan; and his brother-in-law William Burke. He is also survived by seven nephews.
