He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin O. Boothe, Sr. and Nancy Boothe (Reid); and his brother Ed. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his son Ben; his former wife Marilyn 'Jeannie Clayton; his sons, William Gene and Michael Dean; his sisters, Linda and Nancy Ann; his son Benjamin Dean (Carly); his grandchildren, Lucy Cathryn and William Michael Stephen of Lenexa, Kansas.; his brother Robert J. Boothe (Candy); and his sisters-in-law, Raidene Sticken and Loretta Boothe. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews, and several great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association or to Church of the Resurrection, Olathe, Kansas campus.
