He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cecil and Ella Mae Smith Meeks of Champaign; and his wife Donna F. Keene. He is survived by: his son Kenny (Amy Meeks); his granddaughters, Ali Thomas (Evan), Hailey Wiebe (Craig), Mallory Meeks and Sammi Meeks; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Evelyn and Elijah.
