She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Mayhew. She is survived by: her mother Elisabeth Mayhew; her son Ryan (Ivel); her grandchildren, Ayden and Addison of Overland Park; her great grandchild Cory (Tara); her sister Tracy Huffman (Craig); and also, Hudson, Romy and Gemma of Mission Hills, Kansas.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
