She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kochanowski and Josephine Kochanowski (Semik); and her siblings, Gene, Harry Kochanowski, Lorraine Phillips and Louise Barr.

She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Hanaway (Ken) and Valerie Fagan; her sister Elizabeth; and her former husband Jim Fagan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church of Lenexa, KS.
