He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Levy; his children, Peter (Alice), Ken (Mina), Brad, Mindy Pendreigh (Graham) and Missy; his grandchildren, Eric (Heather) and Elise Bueker (Jason); his great grandchildren, Hadley, Grace, Olivia, Hayes and Reese; and his siblings, Enid Silverman (Levy) and Don Levy (Sherry).
Shelly asked that we encourage guests to make donations to the Lakeview Village Foundation (specify Good Samaritan Fund), Doctors Without Borders or their favorite charity, in lieu of sending flowers.
