He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Manning and Arleta Manning; and his brother Milton Manning. He is survived by: his wife Judy Manning; his daughters, Sherry Davidson (Bradley) and Nancy Smith (Brian); and his grandsons, Dane Smith and Rory Smith. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
