With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald J. Peterson of Lenexa, Kansas, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Ronald departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ronald. Though Ronald may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Peterson and Ethel Peterson (Mattes); his daughter Cheryl Kulik; and his siblings, Joan Crellin and Calvin.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Peterson (Jeanie); his children, Kathy Segura (Marco) and Steve Peterson (Elizabeth); and his son-in-law Michael Kulik. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Ron's memory be made to the charity of your choice.
