He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Shively and Frances Shively; his wife Norma; his sister Sally Healey; his nieces and nephews, Rick (Dee), Jeff (Sherry), Kenny (Debby) and Jandy; his stepchildren, Mark, Linda, Monica and Charlie; and his former spouse Billie Bockes Shively.
