He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Graham and Mary Rosalie Graham (Cummins); his wife Lillian Cummins; his siblings, Kathleen Meadows and Tom Graham; and his granddaughter Catherine Ann Graham.
He is survived by: his sister Rosalie O'Connell; his children, Carolyn Leard, Sharon Fallon (John) and Tom Graham (Ann); his grandchildren, Graham Leard (Kelly), Alexandra Barroga (Vincent), Kelly Fallon, Luke Fallon (Kirsten), Erin Moore (Jason) and Maureen Graham; and his great grandchildren, Liam Leard, Ava Leard, Noah Fallon, Conner Fallon and Graham Moore.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (7231 Mission Rd, Prairie Village, KS 66208). A Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (8300 Quivira Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215).
