He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Holzrichter (Regier). He is survived by: his father Jacob Holzrichter; his wife Jane Holzrichter; his sons, Scott Holzrichter (Robyn) of Park City, UT and Rick Holzrichter (Missy) of Olathe, KS; and his grandchildren, Michael (Shannel), Merek (Mackenzie Viets), Daniel and Kari.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Church of the Resurrection-Overland Park.
