She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Winfield James MacDonald; her husband Ernie of Tiffin; her children, E. David Hasemeyer and Julie Laird; her son-in-law Thomas Laird; her daughter Mary Beth Meyer; her son-in-law Don Meyer; her grandchildren, Michael Laird (Amy), Tara Laird Hensley (Caleb), Katherine Laird Kimbrell (Sean), David J. Hasemeyer (Seana), Aimee Heit (Nick), Andrea Ahmed (A. J.) and Megan Meyer; her great grandchildren, Kieran and Cameron Laird; and her grandchildren, Sheehan, Ila Hensley, Maeve, Winfield, Kimbrell, Jake Hasemeyer, Jona Roberts, Delaney, Hadley and Kash Heit.
