It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam McKemy Philips of Lenexa, Kansas, born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Brown and Lulu Brown; her spouse Orah Roger McKemy; her children, Nancy (Gary Leitnaker) and Steve McKemy (Jan); and her grandchildren, Matt Leitnaker, Jenny Leitnaker, April McKemy, Kyle McKemy and Corey McKemy. She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
