She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Mullins; and her brothers, Dean Kaper of Tipton and Lloyd Kasper of Clinton, Missouri.. She is survived by: her son Ed Mullins; and her grandchildren, James Turner, Sheila Turner, Adam Ross, Derek Mullins and Sean Casey.
