He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jackson of Lenexa, Kansas; his daughter Carolyn Keith of Denver, Colorado; his siblings, Robert Keith of Rochester, Minnesota and Geraldine Peterson of Minot; his family, Howard and Debbie Ruben; and also, Zach and Lauren of Overland Park.
